1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the fillbet platform, accessing any part of the fillbet website at fillbet.app, or placing any wager or bet through the fillbet service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the fillbet platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the fillbet website for any purpose.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the fillbet Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional terms that may be published on the fillbet platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

fillbet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the fillbet platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the fillbet platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is lawful.
• You must not be a person who has been excluded from gambling services, whether by self-exclusion through fillbet or by order of any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of fillbet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement under Philippine law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one fillbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. fillbet uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fillbet reserves the right to close all but the original account and to void any bets or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your fillbet account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fillbet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. fillbet will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your fillbet account while logged in will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be responsible for all such activity.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

fillbet is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fillbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on fillbet is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though fillbet reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. fillbet does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. fillbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fillbet offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered fillbet players only. fillbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account after this period.
• fillbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the fillbet platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply across all fillbet products:

• All game outcomes on fillbet are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in a licensed studio environment.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the fillbet system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, fillbet will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. The outcome determined by fillbet's server records shall be final.
• fillbet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that constitute a technical error on the part of fillbet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. fillbet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fillbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the fillbet platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the fillbet platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to fillbet immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the fillbet platform.
• Providing false or misleading information to fillbet at any time, including during registration or verification.
• Accessing the fillbet platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any other person to use your fillbet account, or using another person's fillbet account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fillbet staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the fillbet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the fillbet website, is the property of fillbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fillbet platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the fillbet platform without the prior written consent of fillbet.

9 Privacy & Data

fillbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a fillbet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fillbet implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the fillbet platform. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and fillbet cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Responsible Gaming

fillbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your fillbet account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your fillbet account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the fillbet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fillbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fillbet platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

fillbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fillbet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fillbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fillbet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fillbet will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12 Termination

fillbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for conduct that fillbet reasonably believes to be harmful to the platform or other players, or for any other reason at fillbet's sole discretion.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7. Where termination is not due to a breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your fillbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

fillbet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming laws.

14 Amendments

fillbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fillbet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the fillbet platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the fillbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the fillbet platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
